Definition

• Definition of the client and his needs :
  The definition of needs is a first step toward the implementation of a successful audio-visual communication policy. The objective is to determine the organizational needs by truly analyzing the existing communication channels and supports as well as the targets and means that are implemented to reach them.
  MediaInTouch will follow rules, procedures and positive practices that allow a follow-up in accordance with the organizational needs.
• Existing communication strategy and process :
  The communication strategy is about the overall communication means that a company implements in order to transmit to its target audiences all the necessary information for the setting up of a lasting relationship with them, to influence their behavior according to its objectives.
  Moreover, a real and continuous communication has to be established between MediaInTouch and its clients if they want to work together for the project success.
• « Areas of pain » :
  MediaInTouch will act as a counselor for its clients in order to detect the communication improvement main lines and determine the best way to take advantage of this media solution.
• Project targets and objectives :
  The digital advertising is a multi-application tool. Hence, clear objectives will have to be defined in order to determine if this solution will be aimed at advertising, information, or training purposes...

Conception

The project conception will be done from a functional and technical point of view. MediaInTouch will set up a content strategy in collaboration with the company and define the network implementation parameters (WAN, LAN, WIFI).

Implementation

Implementation means the solution deployment according to criteria that are defined during the conception phase. Functional, integration and end-to-end tests will be made on the system during and after the installation in order to obtain a quality control on the system.
